At Blaze 99 Handicraft Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your handcrafted items in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. Since many of our items are unique or made-to-order, we have specific processing and shipping guidelines.
🌎 Geographical Scope
We currently ship and deliver products only within India.
We are unable to process or ship orders to international addresses.
⏱️ Order Processing & Delivery Time
Our delivery timeline is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: The time required to prepare your order, including quality checks, packaging, and handling. This usually takes 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: The time taken by the courier service to deliver the package to your address after it has been dispatched from our office in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, orders typically take between 5 to 15 business days to be delivered, depending on your location and the serviceability of the courier partner.
- Maximum Delivery Time: While we strive for quick delivery, please allow up to 15 business days for delivery, especially for remote locations or during peak seasons.
Please Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
💸 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
- The applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before you make the payment.
- We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value, which will be specified on our website and at checkout.
📝 Order Tracking
Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:
- The name of the courier partner.
- A tracking number and a link to the tracking website.
You can use this information to track the status of your package directly on the courier partner’s website.

- Unforeseen Delays: Delivery times are estimates only. Factors like extreme weather conditions, national emergencies, logistic service disruptions, or any event beyond our control may cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate the delay via email or phone.
- Receipt of Delivery: A signature may be required upon delivery. If you are unavailable, the courier may attempt delivery on a subsequent day or ask you to collect the package from a local hub.
- Damaged Shipment: If you receive a package that appears to be tampered with or damaged, do not accept the delivery. Please notify us immediately at info@handicraftsbyharish.shop so we can coordinate with the courier and send a replacement.
