Our commitment is to ensure the quality and satisfaction of your unique, handcrafted purchase.
Our refund and returns policy last 7 days from the date you receive your item. If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging, or secured in packaging that guarantees safe transit back to us.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., your order confirmation email).
Important Note on Handicrafts: Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, or design are characteristic and not considered defects. Returns based on expected minor variations typical of handcrafted goods may be rejected.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned:
- Custom or Personalized Orders: Items made specifically to your design or personalization requests.
- Gift Cards.
- Items marked as Final Sale (if applicable).
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be shipped directly to our specified return address.
Situations Where Only Partial Refunds are Granted
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item that shows obvious signs of use or is not in its original condition due to reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g., damage during return shipping due to improper packaging).
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery without prior approval from our customer service team.
Refunds Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received, we will inspect the item and notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receipt.

- Once the exchange is approved.
Shipping Returns

- Return Shipping Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original outbound shipping will be deducted from your refund (unless the return is due to our error).
- Tracking: If you are returning an item valued over ₹2000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
